HEC Morocco Government Scholarships For Pakistani Students 2022 (BS, MS & PhD)

The Moroccan Agency of International Cooperation has recently announced multiple scholarship opportunities for the nationals of Pakistan. Applications are now open to apply for Moroccan Government Scholarships for the academic year 2022–23.

The scholarships are announced for admission to Moroccan public institutions of technical, higher, and vocational education. The application process to apply for these higher education scholarship programs is online.

Candidates need to submit their online application before September 20th, 2022. All male and female candidates are encouraged to apply for these scholarships offered by the HEC. The scholarships are available in a wide range of academic fields and majors.

The Moroccan Scholarships are available to pursue undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. degree programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

To apply for the Morocco Scholarships, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• All Nationals of Pakistan are eligible to apply
• Candidates shortlisted for the scholarship program must be available to attend the program

Qualification Required

The Bachelor’s program requires a minimum of 12 years of education (FSC/A Levels). 

• A minimum of 16 Years of education is required for enrollment in a Master’s degree program.
• A minimum of 18 Years of education is required for the Ph.D. degree program.

Language requirements:

The mode of the scholarship program is in the French language, so students who have shown satisfactory results in the French language will be able to attend the scholarship program. No student will be allowed to take a scholarship without showing promising results in the French language.

Students who don’t know the French language are encouraged to take a French language course in their country by enrolling in the French language centers. Those who do not have sufficient knowledge of the French language are required to undertake a French Language course in their country by enrolling at the right center. Arabic & Islamic studies are taught in the Arabic language; therefore, candidates must be fluent in the Arabic language to undertake these courses.

• Applicants must fulfill other requirements set by the concerned university in Morocco.
• The candidate must not be suspended/ expelled from the Kingdom of Morocco earlier due to criminal activity.

How to Apply?

Follow the following steps to apply for the HEC Scholarship:

Candidates need to fill and download the AMCI application form at:

The application form is required in the French language; how candidates can fill their particulars in the English language on the French application.

Candidates need to apply online through the HEC website: https://scholarships.hec.gov.pk/#/auth/login. After filling out, the profile, candidates need to select “Learning Opportunities Abroad.” After submitting the online application, form candidates need to print a copy to be signed by the applicant.

All students must know the nomination will be done via HEC. Candidates need to send two sets of AMCI application forms along with the required documents in Spiral binding & 1 copy of the HEC application form with documents separately in Spiral binding before 20th September 2022.
