The purpose of the MoU is to build a partnership between BISP and the provincial college education department to implement a co-responsibility cash transfer (CCT) and promote higher secondary and intermediate education under the Waseela-e-Taleem program in Sindh.
Furthermore, the MoU will ensure that higher secondary education is provided to the most vulnerable and marginalized families in Sindh.
