The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) in Taiwan is inviting students from around the world to join their International Internship Pilot Program (IIPP). Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for the NSTC International Internship for the 2024-2025 academic year are as follows:

  • The International Internship Pilot Program (IIPP) is open to students pursuing undergraduate, master’s, and Ph.D. degrees.
  • Applicants must hold foreign nationality, excluding China, Hong Kong, and Macao.
  • Candidates should possess expertise aligned with Taiwan’s key fields in scientific research and development.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages is required: English, Mandarin, or Taiwanese. Language proficiency should be substantiated by an authorized certificate during the application process.
  • Those who have completed lessons in Taiwan and are currently staying in the country as exchange students are also eligible. They must maintain foreign nationality and align with Taiwan’s key scientific R&D fields.

Required Documents:

The NSTC International Internship Pilot Program for the 2024-2025 academic year require applicants to submit the following documents:

  1. A copy of the passport page for identification purposes.
