This role offers a chance to work on-call at various examination centers nationwide, predominantly on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) at the district level. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) in Islamabad, Pakistan, is seeking Test Administration Staff, including Test City Coordinators, Chief Supervisors, Supervisors, Invigilators, and Supporting Staff, to support the Education Testing Council (ETC). The chosen individuals will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations and tests throughout the nation.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these positions, you must meet the following criteria:
Test City Coordinator
- Educational Qualification/Experience: A Master’s Degree (18 years) in any discipline from a recognized university in Pakistan, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Duties: Responsible for Venue Center Identification, arrangements, staff delegation, and security arrangements.
Chief Supervisor
- Educational Qualification/Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) with 5 years of experience in the field of Teaching, Examination Coordination, or Invigilation/Test Administration.
- Duties: Overall responsible for Test Conducting at the specific Center/Venue.
Supervisor
- Educational Qualification/Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years experience in Teaching Invigilation/Test Administration.
- Duties: Mainly responsible for liaising between Invigilators and the Chief Supervisor in all aspects of exams/tests.
Invigilator
- Educational Qualification/Experience: Minimum Intermediate (12 years of education) with a minimum of 5 months of relevant experience in Teaching, Invigilation, or Test Administration.
- Duties: Test conducting, maintenance of exam hall discipline, monitoring duties, and all invigilation-related responsibilities.
Mobile Searching Staff/Gate Security
- Educational Qualification/Experience: Minimum Matriculation (10 years of education) with a minimum of one month of relevant experience.

Requirements
- Candidates selected will be stationed across Pakistan for tests, primarily on weekends, when and where needed.
- Applicants must apply online on the HEC website here within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. No hard copies are required.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Interviews for shortlisted candidates residing outside the Islamabad / Rawalpindi region can be arranged via audio/video conferencing at the nearest HEC Regional Offices located in Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar.
- No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
- ETCMEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
How to Pay Fee
- A non-refundable test fee of Rs.1200/- is to be deposited via various payment methods, including participating Banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Upaisa.
- After depositing the fee through the chosen payment method, click on “Verify Online Payment” on the ETC-HEC Dashboard.
The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
