Khalifa University Master’s Scholarship Benefits:

Khalifa University Ph.D. Scholarship Benefits:

1. Full coverage of tuition fees.
2. Basic monthly stipend of 20,000 AED.
3. Additional monthly allowance of 20,000 AED (subject to approval and meeting scholarship progression criteria).
4. Textbooks provided by the University.
5. Support to attend international research conferences (subject to approval).
6. Medical insurance coverage for full-time international students sponsored by Khalifa University.
7. Mobilization and demobilization flights (between home country and Abu Dhabi) for full-time overseas international students (subject to approval).
8. Coverage of UAE visa application fees for full-time international students.
9. Commitment to work with Khalifa University or a nominated entity upon graduation for a period equivalent to the period of study. The University reserves the right for any reason not to offer the student a post after graduation.

Eligibility criteria

Eligibility Criteria for Khalifa University Scholarship:

Master’s Degree Programs:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent.
2. Minimum English proficiency, demonstrated by iBT TOEFL score of 91, overall academic IELTS score of 6.5, or 1550 EmSAT English score.
3. Minimum quantitative score of 150 in the General Graduate Record Examination (GRE) for admission to all Master of Science programs.
4. Submission of a statement of purpose (500-1,000 words).
5. Admission interview.

Doctoral Degree Programs:

1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 or equivalent (for Bachelor’s to PhD direct admission) or Master’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 out of 4.0 or equivalent.
2. Minimum English proficiency, demonstrated by iBT TOEFL score of 91, overall academic IELTS score of 6.5, or 1550 EmSAT English score.
3. Minimum quantitative score of 150 in the General Graduate Record Examination (GRE).
4. Submission of a statement of purpose (500-1,000 words).
5. Submission of a research statement (500-1,000 words).
6. Admission interview.

Note: The English test score requirement may be waived for certain applicants, such as native English speakers or graduates from English-medium institutions meeting specific criteria.
