Pakistani-origin Neuroscientist Dr. Ali Jawaid, who heads the TREND lab in Warsaw, Poland, has been selected for the FENS-Kavli Network of Excellence (FKNE).

An alumnus of Aga Khan University (Pakistan), Baylor College of Medicine (USA), and ETH/UZH Zurich (Switzerland), Dr. Ali Jawaid has published in top-notch scientific journals including Nature, Nature Neuroscience, Nature Communication, EMBO J, and Molecular Neurodegeneration.
