Azerbaijan Government Scholarship Fully Funded (2025-26)

This Fully Funded Scholarship is a great opportunity for international Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. students to study in Azerbaijan. This Scholarship covers tuition fees, and living expenses, & provides 800 AZN per month. The deadline for applying is May 15, 2025.

Scholarship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Citizenship:
   • Must be a citizen of an eligible OIC or NAM member country.
2. Age Limits:
   • Undergraduate & General Medicine: under 25 years
   • Master’s & Medical Residency: under 30 years
   • Ph.D.: under 40 years
3. Academic Qualifications:
   • Minimum GPA of 70% in previous studies.
4. Language Proficiency:
   • Undergraduate: IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL 40
   • Postgraduate: IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 50
   • Alternatively, verification of prior education in the language of instruction.
5. Health Requirements:
   • Medical certificate confirming fair health, including HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis B/C test results.
6. Nomination:
   • Must be officially nominated by the applicant’s home country government (Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Education)

Application Process

1. Nomination: Applicants must be nominated by their respective government authorities (Ministries of Foreign Affairs or Education).
2. Document Submission: Submit all required documents to the nominating authority.
3. Selection: The nominating authority will select and forward qualified candidates to the Azerbaijani government.
4. Application Portal: Nominated candidates will receive instructions to apply through the Centralized Admission Service for Study in Azerbaijan (SIACAS).
5. Final Selection: The Azerbaijani authorities will review applications and notify selected candidates.
